Worried you may have symptoms?
If you have symptoms, have had a confirmed contact who has been diagnosed with an STI or you are aged under 16 contact Chalmers Sexual Centre on 0131 536 1070 – lines are open Monday – Friday from 08:30 – 15:30 (excluding bank holidays).
Symptoms may include:
- Pain when you pass urine
- Discharge from the penis or vulva (with or without discomfort passing urine)
- Discharge/pain from the rectum
- Blisters, sores, spots, lumps, or a singular / multiple ulcers around the genital area.
- Pain in the testicles including painful swelling
- Pelvic pain (PID)
- Painless rash on genitals
- Intermittent genital pain
