The Lothian GBMSM Sexual Health and HIV Group is a group of NHS (the National Health Service) and third sector partners who work together to improve health and reduce inequalities for GBMSM.

The GBMSM Sexual Health and HIV Group want to make sure people are listened to. We speak with the communities we work with to make sure the services we provide are exactly what people want and need.

We are now looking for community members to join our GBMSM Advisory Panel, and tell us what your community needs.

Together, our Panel will:

• Make sure that the community’s needs are put first.
• Make sure we represent all GBMSM within the community.
• Help improve our services for GBMSM.

You:

• must be aged 18 or over
• must be a man who has sex with men
• must live in Edinburgh and the Lothians
• can be either a cisgender or trans man

We expect panel members to attend a minimum of four meetings per year, and also help with other pieces of work that interest you.

Meetings will likely include a mix of online and face-to-face settings. Meetings will try to be planned with the needs of the panel members in mind.

As well as meetings, the Panel will keep in contact with the GBMSM Sexual Health and HIV Group, and work on projects together. This may involve coming to our meetings, or communicating with us in another way.
